1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies, local storage and session storage keep small amounts of information on your device. This site uses them to remember choices, maintain features and, with your permission, understand service usage.
2. Categories we use
- Essential: record your consent choice and support operation and security. They cannot be disabled in the panel.
- Preferences: keep the assistant conversation between visits. Used only with permission.
- Analytics: create visitor and session identifiers and send navigation and interaction events to HubMKTL. Used only with permission.
3. Technologies in detail
- ap-cookie-consent-v1: stores selected categories and the decision date.
- ap-agent-chat-v1 and ap-agent-session-v1: store the conversation and session when preferences are enabled.
- ap_visitor_id and ap_session_id: measure visits and interactions when analytics are enabled.
4. Managing or withdrawing consent
You can accept all categories, reject non-essential technologies or customise your choice. “Manage cookies” in the footer lets you change your decision at any time. Withdrawing permission removes the relevant optional identifiers from this browser.
5. Browser settings
You can also delete or block storage in your browser settings. Blocking essential technologies may affect parts of the website.
